Maintenence is pretty quick to respond to problems, the pool is nice though a little over chlorinated, and the hot tub is never hot. The apartments themselves are well built, insulation works great electric bills are good. The building and interior of the apartments is just amazing. The great thing is that the manager always makes sure everything is 100% on point.

Large spacious floorplans that accomodates most large furniture. Having moved from a 3 bedroom home, the Cape Cod, smaller 2 bed room was perfect for me. Been living here since February 2011 and for the most part have enjoyed my stay. However in recent months, we have had challenges with the security gates not working; most of the time they are simply opened for all to come in. The landscaping is maintained, however the buildings are faded and the front doors wreak of mole . I, myself have to clean the outside of the front door monthly as it is not a pretty site as you drive up.
I even emailed the manager and got no reply . Old management gave us a unworking key and new management does not take our word for it . So people that don't live here can easily come in ... Apart from that our neighbors and the apartments are really chill .
